Rimi Sen is one of the popular Indian film actresses in Bollywood. Her real name is Bhubhomitra Sen. Rimi Sen was born on 21 September 1981. she completed her schooling from Bidya Bharati Girls’ High School and completed her graduation from the University of Calcutta. She is also trained in Odissi dance.
After completeing her studies she moved to Mumbai to become a film actress. She was first noticed when she appeared in the advertisement of Coca-Cola with Amir Khan. She was instantly noticed and hot her first offer for films.

Rimi Sen made her debut in Telugu movies with the movie ‘Nee Thodu Kavali’. Her debut Hindi movie was ‘Hungama’ which was released in 2003. The movie nwas a comedy movie and Rimi Sen worked with Akshay Khanna, Aftab Shivdasani in this nmovie. She appeared in some big budget movies like Dhoom, Dhoom 2, Garam Masala, Golmaal etc. She did a cameo in the movie Dhoom 2. Since then there is no looking back for her.
The song ‘Shikidum’, in the movie ‘Dhoom’ was very much popular. She is considered as “Bollywood’s Lucky Mascot”. She acted with Salman Khan in the movie ‘Kyon Ki’ in 2005. She appeared in the movie ‘Johnny Gaddar’ in 2007.
