Bollywood film actress Rimi Sen was born on 21 September 1981. her real name is Shubhomitra Sen and she is from Kolkata. She completed her schooling from Bidya Bharati Girls’ High School in Kolkata. She passed B.Com degree from the University of Calcutta. She is trained Odissi dancer.

Rimi Sen is considered as ‘Bollywood’s Luck Mascot’.

Rimi Sen was born on 21 September 1981. she completed her schooling from Bidya Bharati Girls’ High School and completed her graduation from the University of Calcutta. She is also trained in Odissi dance.

After completeing her studies she moved to Mumbai to become a film actress. She was first noticed when she appeared in the advertisement of Coca-Cola with Amir Khan. She was instantly noticed and hot her first offer for films.

Rimi Sen made her debut in Telugu movies with the movie ‘Nee Thodu Kavali’. Her debut Hindi movie was ‘Hungama’ which was released in 2003.
